Setup & Schedule

Friday Setup: 9/19 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Saturday Setup: 9/20 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM

Event Time: Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM

Vendor must stay set up until at least 5 PM

Cleanup Deadline: Sunday 9/21 by 12 PM

Chili participation is not required, but vendor approval is. If not participating in Chili, then $75 fee will apply.
