Participation as an attendee, cook team, vendor, sponsor, nonprofit, or volunteer is subject to separate agreements, rules, and waivers. An application or registration does not guarantee acceptance. CCC may accept or decline applications at its discretion.

The site may link to Google Forms, Zeffy, Jotform, and other services. Those links are provided for convenience only; CCC is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.
5. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCC and its officers, directors, members, volunteers, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the site or event. Users agree to indemnify CCC and its representatives for claims arising from violations of these Terms or improper site use.
6. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, and any proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, South Carolina. CCC may update these Terms at any time; continued site use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
